[ZeRo] is looking for active and fresh blood for a wide-range of PvP-based activities. We are a guild that is making a comeback, hoping to MAT next month if possible. Composed of members with varying degrees of experience, we would like you to be part of it. We are currently searching for experienced members for our core and back up team. We also ask that you be patient with us while we get things underway. Every guild has its kinks to work out before people start taking it more seriously. We are rebuilding at an average pace.

Our primary mission is to have a fun and respectful haven for likeminded individuals to thrive in. That being said, any member that might threaten this will be dealt promptly. We would rather voluntarily remove one member to ensure the stability and morale of the rest of the guild. However, as a semi casual guild, we love to have fun, but we can be serious at times.

We are not part of an alliance at the moment, though we are looking for one. To add on to that, we are Kurzick right now, but we will change depending on the alliance we find. Also, provided by a very generous guildie, we have a Ventrilo server, along with a Mumble server. However, we prefer to use Ventrilo since we all had that program beforehand, but we use Mumble for GvG's now.

How we run this guild:

1. Officer status is earned and not given freely.
2. There will be respect to ensure a drama-free enviroment.
3. The best players will be part of the core GvG team. This applies to everyone in the guild.
4. Anyone that threatens the stability of the guild or the happiness of another member will be promptly removed.
5. All members are encouraged to actively participate in various PvP activities.
6. All members are encouraged to contact their Guild Leader with any problems, questions, comments, or concerns.
7. Members of the decided core team who do not show up on time without a good excuse beforehand is kicked off the team until dedication is shown.
8. We will have daily GvG, with some off days, once we form up the core. If you cannot make it, you must inform an officer beforehand. This is so we don't have to wait for one person to come online when they weren't planning on coming online anyway. We're also planning to have daily AT's once we got our core team rolling.

We are looking for... A vocal Ranger that would like to learn to call tactics, Elementalist that would be flexible with MoI and Bsurge or MS and MB, a Ritualist that will do well with the Caretakers build, and an Infuse Monk that'll communicate with the Prot Monk. We would like a stable back up team, along with core team, though the back up team will probably play a lot, depending on their position.
